Madam Lee's serves up the sumptuous Hock Chew dessert and delicious Hock Chew comfort food. When she cooks, her family and neighbours salivate! Her son, Jacky, being proud of his mother’s cooking, set up Hock Kee to showcase his mother’s recipes and style of cooking so that everyone can savour his mother’s wonderful cooking.

Hock Chew are a people who hailed from Foo Chow, China, settling predominantly in Sarawak and Sitiawan on the Peninsular side and who has a unique type of food. The must-try are Hock Chew fish ball, Chinese red wine and vinegar noodle and Hock Chew peanut soup, a traditional dessert served on the 3rd day of Chinese Lunar New Year.
